🧭 About the Role
This Jakarta-based position focuses on developing and growing relationships with key publisher clients, helping them achieve measurable success through strategic account management and seamless platform adoption. The ideal candidate is fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, experienced in  programmatic advertising, and brings prior agency experience to the table.

A strong balance of commercial skills, technical understanding, and relationship management will be key to success in this role.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage relationships with agency holding groups, independent agencies, DSPs, and enterprise partners across Indonesia.
  • Build, lead, and nurture strong client relationships to support long-term partnerships and platform adoption.
  • Identify and drive new revenue opportunities through proactive engagement and strategic outreach.
  • Uncover and convert new business opportunities aligned with market trends and client needs.
  • Deliver training, onboarding, and ongoing support to agency teams and enterprise clients to ensure successful integration and usage.
  • Provide regular insights on market trends and client feedback to internal product and strategy teams.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue growth.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide revenue forecasts and growth projections.
  • Contribute inputs and insights to quarterly business reviews and internal planning sessions.

📋 Requirements

  • 4–6 years’ experience in AdTech, digital media, or programmatic sales.
  • Previous experience at a digital media agency or demand-side platform (DSP) is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while achieving revenue goals.
  • Solid understanding of programmatic trading methods such as RTB, PMP, header bidding, SDKs, and ad formats across display, video, audio, and CTV.
  • Familiarity with web technologies and tools including Google Suite (Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), including pivot tables, data manipulation, and creating client-facing presentations.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising dynamics, campaign planning, and programmatic ecosystem trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and make thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrates a solution-oriented approach and a committed, self-starting work ethic.
  • Effective time management, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and proactive prioritisation of workload.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset, with a high level of intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
