🚀 About the Role
A future-facing leadership opportunity based in Singapore, this role calls for a commercially astute, highly networked individual to spearhead expansion across the Southeast Asia region. The position is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong track record in business development, client acquisition, and operational excellence within digital media. This individual will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, driving sustainable revenue growth, and strengthening the company's reputation in-market.
The successful candidate will be confident managing senior relationships, closing high-value deals, and building a team culture that is ambitious, inclusive, and aligned to global standards. A strong understanding of the adtech and programmatic ecosystem, combined with regional business insight, will be key to success.

Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the SEA region, aligned with the company’s global direction

Identify commercial opportunities, market trends, and new partnership channels across SEA

Build and maintain C-suite client and partner relationships, particularly with regional and multinational brands

Lead business development initiatives, including client acquisition, pitches, and negotiation of key contracts

Oversee daily operations of the Singapore hub, ensuring team productivity, quality of output, and delivery standards

Manage resource allocation, financial targets, and reporting across the region

Collaborate closely with local and global leadership to ensure alignment of goals, delivery, and culture

Set the tone for a high-performance team culture, providing mentorship, structure, and a clear development roadmap

Act as a brand ambassador for the business in SEA, with visibility in the digital marketing ecosystem

7+ years of leadership experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in business development or agency operations

Deep understanding of the programmatic, paid media, and digital advertising landscape across APAC
-
Proven success in managing regional or global teams and overseeing complex multi-market delivery

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage P&L, and drive operational excellence

Highly skilled in stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and influencing outcomes

Strong communication skills, with sensitivity to cultural nuance across SEA markets

Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and a bias for action

Existing network within the regional media and marketing ecosystem is a strong advantage

Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline preferred; postgraduate qualifications desirable
