📝 About the Role:
The Head of Sales for the Philippines will lead commercial growth within this key market. Reporting to the regional Commercial Director, this role is responsible for shaping and executing the sales strategy, developing strong agency and client partnerships, and driving revenue through the promotion of advanced programmatic advertising solutions. Based in Manila, the role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership and relationship management skills to expand market presence and meet ambitious growth targets.
 
💡 Role and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Philippines market aligned with regional objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, direct clients, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements that add value to clients and the company
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on progress against targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of client solutions and maximise revenue potential
  • Represent the company at industry events to raise brand awareness and foster networks
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
✏️ Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital media sales, within programmatic or AdTech environments
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Established network within the local agency and client ecosystem
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting and revenue management
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and align efforts with strategic goals
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry
