⚡ We’re working with our client to find their next superstar - Head of Sales, Philippines! They're a a leading global programmatic media partner offering programmatic solution for agencies, clients, and independent partners.

Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the Philippines market aligned with regional objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, direct clients, and other key stakeholders

Identify new business opportunities and negotiate commercial agreements that add value to clients and the company

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and regularly report on progress against targets

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of client solutions and maximise revenue potential

Represent the company at industry events to raise brand awareness and foster networks

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

Proven experience in digital media sales, within programmatic or AdTech environments

Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Established network within the local agency and client ecosystem

Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting and revenue management

Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts and influencing senior stakeholders

Leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams and align efforts with strategic goals

Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry
