⚡We are partnering with a tech company to find their next Trading Manager. This company is a leading programmatic media partner specializing in data-driven advertising solutions.

 

📝 About the Position:

The Trading Manager role sits at the core of the business, serving as a vital connection between commercial and analytical functions across the JAPAC region. The ideal candidate will lead a team of traders while also executing omnichannel programmatic media campaigns across a diverse portfolio. Collaboration with multiple markets and cross-functional teams is a key part of this position.

 

💡 Role and Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage margin and delivery across your campaigns, and the campaigns managed by your team, delivering excellent campaign performance and client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts
  • Troubleshoot and provide support on any campaign, where technical issues may arise
  • Manage workload and campaign distribution of each trader
  • Testing new products and features from our external partners and internal Product team
  • Regularly cadenced meetings with each managed Trader to run through their campaigns with the view of firstly enhancing performance and secondly monitor delivery and margins bringing more commercial awareness into the Trading team

 

📌 Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of high performance programmatic trading experience
  • Previous management experience, managing at least 5 people
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem
  • High degree of experience with Xandr Invest, DV360, and/or The Trade Desk
  • Desire to develop your team, providing learning and growth opportunities
  • High level of organisation and conscientiousness
  • Excellent communication skills
