⚡ We’re working with our client to find their next superstar - B2B Sales Manager! They're a global media organisation that delivers high-impact content through events, digital platforms, data, and insights—connecting professionals across agribusiness, ingredients, food tech, hospitality, and sustainability. With offices in the UK, France, the US, and Singapore, the company powers industry growth through world-class summits and strategic intelligence.

📝 About the Role:

In this role, you'll be connecting with senior stakeholders across the agri-tech, food-tech, and sustainability sectors in Asia, selling delegate passes to high-growth B2B conferences. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, international sales environment, developing new business and nurturing strong client relationships with a focus on long-term value.

Location: Singapore / Hybrid

Type: Full-time, Permanent (37.5 hours per week)

💡 Role and Responsibilities:
  • Drive delegate pass sales across a portfolio of high-growth B2B summits in Asia-Pacific.
  • Develop and manage an extensive new business pipeline through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings.
  • Account manage key clients and previous multi-buyers, ensuring high retention and repeat business.
  • Build, maintain, and optimise the sales database to support outreach and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business development, research, and operations teams to align on strategy.
  • Attend summits across Asia, contributing to onsite event execution and client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on market intelligence, feeding insights back to the wider team during weekly meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the agri-food, agri-tech, and cleantech industries across Asia.
✏️ Requirements:
  • Previous B2B sales experience, ideally with an international scope and senior-level stakeholders.
  • A self-driven, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence in engaging with prospects at all seniority levels.
  • Curiosity and passion for sustainability, innovation, and emerging markets.
  • A global mindset and interest in regional affairs and business trends.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, ZoHo, Goldmine, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools.
  • Fluency in additional Asian languages, such as Mandarin, is desirable but not required.
