This company is a leading global advertising technology firm, providing cutting-edge solutions for publishers and advertisers. 📝 About the Role:

This role centres on accelerating revenue growth for OTT/CTV/Video publishers across Asia, with a strong focus on the Indonesian market. You’ll play a strategic and technical lead role, supporting partners through hands-on troubleshooting, performance insights, and collaborative optimisation efforts. 
 
💡 Role and Responsibilities
  • Focus on driving revenue growth across key OTT/CTV/Video publishers in Asia (primarily Indonesia) and contribute to strategic planning
  • Serve as the primary technical and account servicing point of contact for a portfolio of omnichannel (OTT/CTV/Video) supply partners in Asia, providing proactive troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Analyse and interpret performance data to deliver actionable insights, optimisation recommendations, and revenue-driving strategies to publisher clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Demand Facilitation, Demand Solutions, Technical Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Management) to resolve technical issues, define solutions, and drive platform enhancements that improve publisher outcomes and revenue goals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
  • Maintain oversight of revenue trends, delivery, measurement, reporting, and integration processes; contribute to strategic planning through weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client reports
  • Actively contribute to team-wide growth initiatives, process improvements, and knowledge sharing
  • Participate in client meetings, including product overview sessions, quarterly business reviews, and lead weekly/monthly calls
✏️ Requirements:
  • Proven experience of at least four (4) years working with an SSP, ad server, or a major web/OTT publisher within Asia
  • A solid understanding of the online advertising ecosystem, including ad serving, ad exchanges, header bidding, and online ad technologies designed to deliver publisher value across Asia
  • A strong grasp of the possibilities, limitations, and the buy- and sell-side implications of various SSP integration types, such as: direct tags, Prebid, Google Open Bidding/Exchange Bidding, API/RTB protocols
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting skills, with experience diagnosing and resolving ad delivery, integration, or platform-related issues
  • A demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel), presentation tools (Google Slides, PowerPoint), and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • An analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • An ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a willingness to share knowledge across teams
  • A genuine interest in and curiosity about the programmatic advertising industry, with a desire to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia will be considered a bonus for this position
