📝 About the Role:
This role is key in driving brand positioning, industry influence, and high-impact marketing initiatives across JAPAC.
- Develop and execute event marketing strategies across key markets, including Singapore, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
- Manage both hosted and sponsored events, overseeing content, branding, logistics, presentations, and panel preparations.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (content, design, PR, and social media) to maximize event success.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across regional and global teams to ensure strategic alignment.
- Track event performance, measure KPIs, and implement reporting mechanisms to assess ROI and gather insights.
- Maintain an updated event calendar, oversee logistics, and manage budgets, contracts, and financial documentation.
- Identify and implement new marketing initiatives to drive industry engagement and support business goals.
- Support additional marketing projects, including partnership and client co-marketing initiatives.
- Travel as required to oversee and execute key marketing events.
- Proven experience in event marketing, brand positioning, and strategic communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working in digital media, advertising, or AdTech.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with solid program management capabilities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities.

6+ years of marketing experience in the AdTech, media, or digital advertising space.

Demonstrated ability to execute event marketing strategies across multiple APAC markets.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content marketing.

Hands-on experience with event planning, sponsorships, and partnerships.

Proficiency in tracking KPIs, analyzing marketing impact, and optimizing strategies.

Fluent in English (written and verbal).
