📝About the Role:
The core responsibility is to manage and grow the accounts while managing multiple clients and support the ongoing projects in the agency.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing daily communications and ensuring smooth project execution.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
- Manage client expectations effectively, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of client campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate campaign deliverables and address any project roadblocks.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.
- Ensure all client-facing content and materials meet the agency’s quality standards before delivery.
- Work collaboratively with senior team members to support strategic initiatives and account planning.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and other internal teams to deliver seamless campaign execution.
- Attend weekly team check-ins to align on project statuses and upcoming deliverables.

Follow established processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in client account management.

Maintain accurate records of client communications, project timelines, and deliverables.

Ensure all reports and documentation are updated and shared with relevant stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of agency-side experience in a digital strategy and/or execution role.

Experience managing accounts to deliver best-in-class client campaigns.

Experience managing multiple key client relationships.

Excellent organisational skills

Efficient and great project management skills.

Pro-active attitude and determination - willing to take on any challenge and task assigned to you.

The ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Articulate presenter, with the ability to present to senior clients and internal agency teams, comfortable with showing what data means and how we can take action based upon it.

Commitment to delivering first-class work every time, and never leaving a quality issue unchecked.

Highly commercial - selling value, negotiation, client relationship management skills, how to be a trusted business advisor

Strong understanding of the advertising/marketing landscape and passion for the job.
