📝 About the Role:
The Sales Manager will join the team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with media agencies and advertisers across Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven sales professional with a proven track record and deep understanding of the Australian AdTech landscape.
💡 Role and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with media agencies and advertisers across Australia.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels within agencies (executives, planners, directors).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the client's market share.
- Deliver compelling presentations and proposals showcasing the value of the solutions and addressing client needs.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., account management, product, marketing) to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Australian digital advertising ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and data privacy.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AdTech space.
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue through CRM and reporting tools.
- Represent the client at industry events and conferences across Australia.
- 6 to 8+ years of proven experience in advertising technology sales within the Australian market.
- Extensive knowledge of the Australian media landscape, including major agency groups and independent agencies.
- Established relationships with key agency contacts at all levels (executives, planners, directors).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, data management platforms (DMPs), and data privacy.

Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.

Knowledge of ad serving technologies and data analytics.

Understanding of Australian data privacy regulations.
