🪪 Our client is a Singapore-based fintech company who is bringing accessible, integrated and seamless digital payment services to millions of users across Southeast Asia.
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions that enhance how users travel, transact, and send money across Asia and beyond.
- Collaborate with international teams across Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, India, and Malaysia to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Lead the unification and scaling of design systems across multiple products (B2C and B2B) and markets to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Translate the needs of designers, engineers, and users into comprehensive systems and components, streamlining the delivery of high-quality user experiences.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions across various disciplines, both in-person and virtually, to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Continuously improve ways of working, usability, scalability, and iteration speed to push the standards of design excellence.
- Apply hands-on systems thinking to balance immediate tasks with long-term implications, ensuring future-proof solutions.
- Proactively initiate and facilitate cross-disciplinary conversations to promote collaboration and alignment.
💡 Qualifications & Skills:
- 5-7 years in UI/UX or product design, with a strong sense for aesthetics and usability
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields
- 3+ years experience in setting up and maintaining large design systems for apps/websites with complex features
- Deep understanding of design system requirements and complexities for both B2C and B2B products
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in conducting workshops and aligning teams across departments
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, with hands-on experience in design system documentation and platforms like Storybook.
- Bonus: Experience in designing and maintaining components for Flutter in collaboration with engineers.
