In this role, you’ll combine your expertise in programmatic advertising, revenue optimization, and platform strategy to unlock growth opportunities across the digital audio landscape. ✨Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Optimization
- Maximizing ROI is the number one goal.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across digital audio platforms, including Adswizz, Triton Digital, and The Trade Desk.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, optimize campaign delivery, and improve monetisation outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to set and achieve revenue goals.
- Provide Management with weekly revenue breakdown with gross and net numbers calculated correctly and consistently
Platform Management
- Work closely with Ad Operations to create efficient workflows
- Serve as the subject matter expert for programmatic audio platforms, managing relationships with key technology partners.
- Oversee platform configurations, ensuring proper setup of inventory, ad formats, and targeting parameters.
- Stay updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Operational Excellence
- Work with Ad Operations to establish and refine processes for campaign trafficking, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies, ad quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Monitor fill rates, CPMs, and other KPIs to identify and address revenue bottlenecks.
- Onboard and monitor new Audio partners across APAC
- Monitor current partners including but not limited to Australian Radio Network, Nova, Southern Cross Austero, Spotify, Conde Nast, BBC and more.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including C-Suite, Sales and Ad Ops to support new initiatives and drive innovation and new products
- Provide training and support to internal teams on platform capabilities and best practices.
- Lead discussions with clients and partners, delivering insights and recommendations to optimize campaign success.
⭐️ Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue operations, digital advertising, or programmatic platforms.

Expertise in programmatic audio platforms like Adswizz, Triton Digital, and The Trade Desk.

Strong analytical skills to optimize ROI, monitor KPIs, and identify revenue growth opportunities.

Experience in streamlining workflows and troubleshooting campaign issues for operational excellence.

Proven ability to manage partners and vendors, including onboarding and maintaining APAC relationships.

Knowledge of compliance standards, including GDPR, CCPA, and ad quality requirements.

Proven cross-functional collaboration skills with Sales, Ad Ops, and leadership teams.

Experience in leadership and training, including providing insights and supporting internal teams.

Attention to detail in revenue tracking, reporting, and platform configuration.

Strong soft skills, including communication, adaptability, strategic thinking, and relationship management.
