⭐️The Opportunity:
This role is focused on the company's owned and operated inventory and audience extension, an individual that is a motivated self-starter and able to have the unique skill set of being both operations focused with a customer first mentality. The individual should have a passion for operations and process and have a pulse for new multi-channel advertising technologies and must have deep digital advertising expertise

Align directly with Sales representatives to provide seamless account management throughout all stages of the campaign lifecycle including product education, briefing, campaign launch & delivery, and reporting & insights.

Serve as day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport and delivering ensuring exceptional client service

Educate new and existing clients on offered solutions and best practices to deliver client KPI’s

Lead campaign kick-off meetings, manage launch timelines, and streamline communication on campaign updates, troubleshooting, optimization recommendations and final campaign review.

Work closely with our Ad operations Team to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.

Maintain a strong knowledge of the ads platform and offerings, providing expertise both internally and with clients.

Drive Account growth and up-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing and Insights team for custom ideation and marketing solutions, providing specific overview of client’s objectives and goals.

4-6 years of experience in Customer success, client services, campaign management, and/or ad operations in a revenue generating capacity.

Strong understanding of digital and programmatic advertising.

Strong account management skills and experience in driving growth and/or adoption.

Previous experience in managing digital advertising campaigns.

Proficiency with ad technology tools, systems, and platforms, including DSPs, DMPs, publisher or agency ad servers, and 3rd party measurement, research, and verification vendors

Strong communicator with ability to explain complex components in a simple and easy to follow manner.

Ability to hit key deliverable deadlines via good time management skills.

Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

ideally have previously worked with publishers, agencies, and advertisers in both an operations and a client facing capacity.

Your ability to interact with top advertisers and their ad agencies will be important for client satisfaction.
