💡Position Overview

The company is seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive revenue growth across its owned-and-operated inventory, including its OTT service and a rapidly expanding connected TV platform. This role requires a motivated self-starter who can cultivate relationships with advertisers, agencies, and trading desks across the region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how agencies plan and purchase media. Experience in programmatic media buying and familiarity with trading desks—including their trading dynamics, inventory allocation, and data-driven strategies—is essential.

✨Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and their trading desks.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s advertising platform, features, and inventory.
  • Strategize and implement plans to grow the company’s business across key agencies and accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant, providing value and driving advertising growth for clients.
  • Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to optimize their advertising experience.
⭐️Background & Experience Required
  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising, with a focus on agencies, trading desks, or digital sales.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, especially in connected TV.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure and grow client budgets.
  • Proven success in relationship management with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience thriving in both entrepreneurial and established corporate settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
⭐️Preferred Experience
  • Experience with advertising platforms such as Adobe, Amazon, Google, The Trade Desk, or DV360.
  • Background in agency or trading desk roles, managing and leveraging advertising technology for multiple brands.
  • A robust network and strong relationships across agency buying and trading teams.
