Role Summary
This position focuses on strengthening partnerships with leading publisher clients and driving measurable growth through strategic account management and business development. The ideal candidate will combine relationship management skills with technical expertise to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build meaningful, long-term relationships with stakeholders across strategic publisher accounts. Develop a deep understanding of client organizations through stakeholder mapping, fostering alignment with the company’s solutions.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Design comprehensive account strategies, including Joint Business Plans (JBPs), to grow partnerships and promote service adoption. Consistently track and exceed client KPIs such as revenue growth, format adoption, and channel performance.
  • Revenue Growth: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, identifying opportunities to grow revenue through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Meet or surpass revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Client Success Management: Oversee onboarding, technical integrations, and ongoing support to ensure seamless execution for publisher clients. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs, from optimizing revenue to ensuring brand safety.
  • Product Expertise: Become an expert in the company’s product suite, connecting client objectives to tailored solutions that maximize impact.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with business development teams across APAC to deliver exceptional service to key accounts. Prepare and present insights during regular business reviews. Maintain accurate records of account performance and revenue forecasts.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 4–6 years in AdTech, advertising sales, consulting, or similar fields, with strong knowledge of online and programmatic advertising (RTB, PMP, header bidding, SDKs, and various ad formats).
  • Tools: Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, JavaScript, and server-side applications.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and data analytics tools for reporting and insights.
  • Soft Skills: Proven ability to exceed revenue goals while managing multiple accounts. Exceptional problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to generate actionable insights for clients. Excellent organizational, presentation, and effective communication skills.
  • Accomplished Sales Track: A consistent record of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced, sales environment.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
