⭐What You’ll Do:
Work cross-functionally with various teams to help drive the adoption and usage of the SSP platform. This role is crucial to the success of this fast-growing piece of our business. This role will be based out of Singapore. Please note - We have a hybrid work model with the expectation of 2 days minimum in the local office to collaborate, innovate, and celebrate.
💡Key Responsibilities:
- Market Engagement: Recruit and onboard top publishers and broadcasters, introducing them to the platform and empowering them to optimize their advertising revenue.
- Partner Satisfaction: Build exceptional relationships with publishers, delivering best-in-class service, insights, and expertise to ensure they become highly satisfied partners.
- Portfolio Growth: Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within the existing publisher portfolio while identifying and securing new partnerships. Promote the platform’s value across formats like Display, App, Video, and CTV/OTT.
- Strategic Supply Management: Oversee the current supply landscape, contributing to media strategy by collaborating with commercial and operational teams to address regional needs effectively.
- Campaign Launch Support: Serve as the primary contact during campaign pre-launch phases, providing insights and ensuring smooth execution.
- Industry Expertise: Stay informed about the digital media landscape, understanding the challenges publishers face and delivering innovative solutions to address them.
- Consultative Guidance: Advise clients on new revenue opportunities and industry trends, working across both agency and publisher ecosystems.
💡Requirements:
- Digital Media Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital advertising across multiple formats, especially instream and OTT/CTV video.
- Sales and Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and foster partnerships with publishers.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, articulate insights, and propose solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Expertise in preparing impactful collateral and presenting value propositions tailored to publisher needs.
- Project Management: Experience managing end-to-end projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Technical Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical audiences.
- Motivation and Initiative: Energetic, proactive, and driven to explore new opportunities and solutions for publishers.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
- Product Enthusiasm: A passion for new technologies and a willingness to collaborate with product teams to innovate and meet publisher needs.
