💡What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Director of Demand Partnership to join our client’s amazing team in Japan!
As the Director of Demand Partnerships, you’ll be leading a team of professionals that will grow and sustain Supply Side Platform (“SSP”) relationships.

Partnership Growth: Drive incremental value from existing partnerships by enhancing sales efforts, optimizing operations, and managing partner relationships effectively.

Revenue Optimization: Collaborate closely with internal demand facilitation teams to ensure sustained revenue growth for publishers within the company’s SSP.

Technology Development: Work alongside product teams to innovate and implement new technologies that enhance collaboration and business growth with DSP partners.

Business Reviews: Develop structured processes for quarterly and annual business reviews, including detailed data analysis and compelling presentation creation.

Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding of new DSP partners, showcasing in-depth knowledge of the company’s programmatic offerings and solutions.

Global Coordination: Partner with international teams across EMEA and APAC to align and execute growth strategies with DSPs and SSPs.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, DSP sales, SSP operations, or exchange environments.

Industry Relationships: Strong connections with key decision-makers in the DSP landscape.

Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of Japan's programmatic advertising ecosystem, including RTB, PMP, and video/CTV trends.

Problem Solving: A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and implementing effective solutions.

Revenue Focus: Proven ability to identify and drive growth opportunities with a revenue-centric mindset.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and foster collaboration.

Analytical Capability: Strong skills in analyzing data and making informed decisions that impact growth and revenue.
