The company offers a comprehensive suite of services, including audience profiling, campaign optimization, media planning, and analytics, all powered by advanced data science and machine learning algorithms.
About the Role:
Reporting to the APAC CEO, you will be responsible for shaping the commercial strategy, building partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and optimising client relationships to drive profitable growth.
- Serve as the primary commercial lead for major accounts across Singapore and SEA, delivering a high level of service and strategic guidance tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Leverage extensive industry expertise and established relationships to build a compelling the narrative, crafting tailored client conversations that drive alignment and buy-in across SEA markets (SG, MY, TH, PH, IDN)
- Develop and maintain high-level relationships with decision-makers within large and independent media agencies, positioning the client's as the preferred programmatic partner, especially across big 4 agency groups.
- Accurately forecast, pace, and ideally exceed revenue goals by applying a deep understanding of the regional market landscape to achieve sustainable growth.
- Actively monitor the SEA market landscape, identifying key accounts, growth opportunities, and market gaps, with a focus on short-term wins and long-term growth.
Team & Stakeholder Management

Drive performance of team to deliver exceptional service and value delivery, while consistently identifying opportunities to expand client spend and reach.

Provide regular updates to senior leadership, keeping them informed on regional performance, account developments, and growth strategies.

Collaborate closely with client services, trading, analytics, and product teams to ensure that client objectives are met and campaigns are impactful.

Position yourself as a trusted advisor for clients, offering insights, guidance, and strategic direction that align with their goals, fostering strong, lasting relationships.
Strategic Market Lead
- Understand each client’s motivators and leverage this knowledge to deepen relationships, positioning the client's as a go-to strategic partner.
- Serve as an industry leader and advocate for automated, data-driven audience acquisition across SEA, establishing the client's as a thought leader in programmatic advertising.
- Use deep industry and competitor knowledge to differentiate the client's offerings, addressing client needs with compelling value propositions that effectively challenge competitor offers.
- Consistently communicate key selling messages and strategies that reinforce the client's position as a leader in programmatic advertising across the region.
- 10-15 years+ of overall digital advertising experience, with a preference for 8 years of recent programmatic sales leadership experience
- Proven record of driving commercial success within AdTech businesses, demonstrating a strong grasp of revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth understanding of the programmatic and advertising industries, with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for prioritising multiple projects and tasks, driving them to completion efficiently and effectively.
- Established network of relationships with agencies and direct clients, providing a foundation for immediate impact and business development.
- Highly self-motivated, with a drive to achieve individual and team success in a collaborative environment.
