🪪 Our client from the AdTech space is looking for a Commercial Director to join their team.

Role Overview:

As the AdTech Commercial Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy of their AdTech solutions in the region-- Delhi, India. You will lead efforts in sales, business development, and client relationships, driving revenue growth and ensuring the company’s offerings align with market demands. Your role will also involve strategic planning, team leadership, and market analysis to fuel business expansion.

⭐   Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Growth: Drive the commercial strategy to achieve significant revenue growth and market share expansion in the AdTech industry.

  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales and business development teams, setting clear sales targets and ensuring optimal performance.

  • Client Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Market Strategy: Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to identify new business opportunities and optimize the product-market fit.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment in messaging, strategy, and execution.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations for large-scale deals and partnerships, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.

  • Budget and Forecasting: Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and sales pipelines, and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Brand Presence: Elevate the company’s brand presence in the AdTech space through strategic partnerships and industry events.

⭐   Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a commercial leadership role within the AdTech, MarTech, or tech industry.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, managing P&L, and leading successful sales teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of the AdTech ecosystem, including programmatic advertising, digital media, and data analytics.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and act decisively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Fluent in English and Hindi, with a strong network in the local advertising ecosystem.

  • A huge advantage if the candidate has ties to global advertising network
