This role involves creating and managing a social media strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating with teams, overseeing content and influencer campaigns, and using performance insights to optimize engagement and product improvement.
- Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy.
- Audience Engagement and Growth: Increase social media followers and engagement rates.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance to inform strategy.
- Brand Collaboration and Influencer Management: Foster partnerships with influencers and brands to expand reach.
- Customer Insights and Feedback: Leverage social media to gather customer insights and feedback.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative strategies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.

Preferred: Experience in the pet industry or consumer goods sector, demonstrating a passion for pets and knowledge of pet care trends.

Proficiency in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest).

Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.

Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.

Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads).

Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.

Ability to generate comprehensive reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
