We are working with a global pet food powerhouse company to help them find their next superstar - Social Media Marketing Manager. Let us tell you more! 

This role involves creating and managing a social media strategy aligned with business objectives, collaborating with teams, overseeing content and influencer campaigns, and using performance insights to optimize engagement and product improvement.

💡 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy.
  • Audience Engagement and Growth: Increase social media followers and engagement rates.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products and drive sales.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance to inform strategy.
  • Brand Collaboration and Influencer Management: Foster partnerships with influencers and brands to expand reach.
  • Customer Insights and Feedback: Leverage social media to gather customer insights and feedback.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated with social media trends and implement innovative strategies.
💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
  • Preferred: Experience in the pet industry or consumer goods sector, demonstrating a passion for pets and knowledge of pet care trends.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a content calendar.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads). 
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to generate comprehensive reports on social media performance and campaign effectiveness.
