Own the Sales Pipeline: Develop, manage, and execute a robust sales pipeline targeting holding companies, independent agencies, and advertisers.

Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and ensure successful contract execution for both managed services (I/O) and programmatic buying.

Strategic Positioning: Leverage client's inventory and supply offerings to create compelling value propositions for advertising buyers.

Account Strategy: Establish account prioritization and strategic engagement plans on a quarterly and annual basis to achieve sales targets.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams including publisher relations, media planning, demand operations, product development, and marketing to ensure seamless service delivery.

Business Expansion: Innovate scalable solutions, build workflows, and market new publisher inventory to advertising buyers, driving business growth.

Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of trends in the evolving ad tech ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and strategies to grow client's ad business.

Global Collaboration: Operate within client’s global framework, leveraging insights and best practices from other markets to enhance regional performance.

Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team quarterly sales targets, consistently exceeding expectations.

Product Innovation: Identify features and opportunities that drive new business and collaborate with product teams to enhance client's offerings.

Thought Leadership: Partner with marketing teams to create press releases, case studies, and thought leadership pieces, showcasing client's innovation in the industry.

Sales Expertise: Proven experience as a sales hunter, with a strong network within advertising and media agencies.

Strategic Mindset: Deep understanding of direct I/O and programmatic buying, with the ability to optimize supply paths and create value for clients. Ideally has OTT/CTV buying experience.

Innovative Thinking: Strong ability to develop creative solutions, market new offerings, and identify growth opportunities in the ad tech space.

Relationship Building: Exceptional communication, presentation, and listening skills, with a high level of empathy and integrity.

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding revenue goals, managing a diverse portfolio of accounts.

Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales, preferably in a related or equivalent industry
