The client is a specialized recruitment firm focused on helping the Global Retail and Consumer Goods sector. They excel in recruiting high-level executives and senior leaders for various roles within the industry.
⭐ Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long lists of potential candidates by utilizing internal and external databases to gather and provide insights.
- Manage search-related tasks, including creating search strategies and target lists, and support the Managing Director with final refinements.
- Initiate high-level name generation and talent mapping efforts.
- Research emails, phone numbers, and salary insights for target lists.
- Produce various documents throughout the search process.
- Build and maintain the database of clients and companies (currently Job Adder)
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to prepare business development materials for prospective clients, including candidate hot lists, mailers, social media posts, and job adverts.
- Participate in kick-off meetings with Consultants/Managing Directors to assist in developing search strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of potential clients and their industries, including competitive landscape, strengths, weaknesses, stock performance, and employee count.
- Synthesize information into clear, client-ready documents that are easy to read and incorporate.
- Stay current with news and issues related to key client engagements and market opportunities, sharing information in a timely manner.
💡 Key Requirements:
- Recruiting Experience: Prior experience in full life cycle recruiting, particularly in Contingent Search or In-House Talent Acquisition, with strong preference for Executive Search experience.
- Candidate Targeting and Research: Experience in targeting potential candidates, developing pitch materials, and conducting market research is highly preferred.
- Understanding of Search Processes: Understands the full search process from internal kick-off to referencing, asks insightful questions, and is proactive in managing tasks.
- Source Navigation: Proficient in using various sources (ATS, LinkedIn, etc.) and key contacts to generate unique insights and outcomes through internal and external networks.
- Project Management: Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, remain resilient under pressure, and communicate promptly if deadlines might slip.
- Market Awareness: Identifies executive movements and updates Job Adder and colleagues in real time.
- Communication: Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Curiosity and Knowledge Building: Demonstrates genuine interest in people and businesses, actively enhancing personal and team knowledge of the marketplace and key influencers.
- Proactive and Resourceful: Self-directed, proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented with a tenacious attitude.
