The client is a leading digital media agency that is on a mission to build the biggest digital-first media agency in the world.
⭐ Key Account Responsibilities:

Effectively delegate the management of paid search and social campaigns across multiple platforms with an analytical approach, and produce actionable analyses to drive results for clients

Ensure budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
-
Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients to continuously deliver improvements in KPIs. At the same time manage your own set of clients.

Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are being adopted across your accounts

Final-stage QA checking campaign builds and account changes

Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the paid search space and Paid Social space, and how this can affect your own clients

Mentor more junior members of the paid media team & help them grow
💡Essential Skills
-
A seasoned digital marketer with 5-7 years of experience managing tactics and strategy for paid search and paid social campaigns.

Organised, process-oriented, and an effective manager, and are eager to further develop the strategic side of your paid media
-
Proactive and solutions-focused
-
Passion for marketing and/or the digital world
-
Smart and data-driven approach to work
-
Experience as a Paid Media Strategist
-
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, Facebook and LinkedIn
-
Working knowledge of GMP suite (GA4, Google Merchant Centre, Looker Studio) along with other social platforms i.e. Twitter, Pinterest etc
-
Proven organizational, project, and time management skills. Knowledge on programmatic platforms i.e. DV360 and TTD is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide actionable insights for all levels of an organization

- Client Management – Managing own set of clients with intrusive deliverables
- Team management - Ensuring excellent execution of all paid search activities, from ad-hoc requests to ongoing recurring tasks by prioritizing and delegating effectively to your paid search team.
- Fast and flawless project delivery - Delivering assigned tasks (both ad hoc and recurring) on time by utilizing defined best practices and QA processes to ensure consistency.
- Client growth - Increasing client investment in paid search over time by optimizing current activity and identifying growth opportunities in current campaigns.
