This role offers a great opportunity to engage closely with the Sales organisation, focusing on upselling, and client retention.
⭐ What the role involves:
Client Service
-
Deliver consistent, reliable and friendly service for all clients

Ensure SLAs are met and campaign operations are seamless
-
Resolve or escalate client issues swiftly and without fallout
-
Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, identify potential opportunities and solutions catering to those needs

Maintain regular communication with all accounts and support on meetings, business reviews & client entertainment where appropriate

Acts as a “trusted advisor” to internal and external stakeholders

Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and the impact of these on the client and their clients
Campaign Operations & Insight Management

Pre-campaign:
-
IO management and understanding of Sales pipeline (Salesforce CRM) o QA of pre campaign documents
-
Project manage build of creative assets & other campaign setup requirements
-
Manage creative tag trafficking
Campaign activation:
-
Request and deliver screengrabs
-
Ensure client reporting is set up
-
Monitor pacing and performance of campaigns
-
Troubleshooting campaign issues with the support of AM peers/Trading function
End of campaign:
-
Reconciliation of bookings where appropriate o Manage and deliver post campaign insights alongside stakeholders from Trading, Sales and DnA teams

Recognise trends, patterns and points of differentiation to deliver robust and actionable insights for clients

Manage re-booking of BAU activity
-
Support with investigation and resolution of invoice queries where appropriate
Innovation

Protect and grow the client’s accounts via upsell/cross-sell

Consistently suggest novel approaches for all types of challenges; drive a culture of innovation amongst team members

Proactively seek to pilot, validate, and improve new ideas or methods and is willing to take calculated risks

Collaborate with sales and trading to drive performance
💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:

At least 2 years of experience in an advertising media agency/ programmatic media and/or ad tech space.

At least 2+ years client facing experience working in a team environment
-
Client Services / Account Management / Sales Support / Ad-Ops background advantageous but not required

Independent and innovative thinker

Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload

High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accountability

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Flexible and adaptable as a team player with strong communication skills
