You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. This includes identifying and capitalizing on new e-commerce opportunities and trends in key markets. You will oversee the setup, customization, and ongoing management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, and others, ensuring that product listings are accurately maintained, optimized for search visibility, and aligned with brand guidelines.
⭐ What the role involves:
- E-commerce Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and capitalize on new e-commerce opportunities and trends in key markets.
- Platform Management:
- Overseeing the setup, customization, and ongoing management of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, eBay, Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, and others.
- Ensure that product listings are accurately maintained, optimized for search visibility, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Product and Catalog Management:
- Taking ownership of product and catalog management, including adding new products, updating product information, managing inventory levels, and categorizing products effectively for easy navigation.

- Marketing & Promotions:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize listings and promotional strategies.
- Customer Engagement:
- Enhance the customer experience through efficient post-purchase support and engagement.
- Implement strategies to foster customer loyalty and repeat purchases.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Utilizing data analytics tools and platforms to track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for growth and increase of sales.
- Generate reports on key metrics such as sales revenue, conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition cost.
💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management
- Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth and managing multiple online platforms.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, supply chain management, and digital marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
