Reporting to the Sr. E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for managing our direct customer data and systems, using them to enhance our direct customer relationships. This role aims to deepen the brands’ connections with consumers, fostering loyalty and affinity for our products. You will be charged with building and implementing an efficient distribution strategy to maximize customer engagement and drive recurring customer revenues.

Strategy Development: CRM Expertise

This role offers a unique opportunity for you to drive the overall lifecycle/loyalty marketing communications strategy and execution for the brand, leveraging appropriate marketing channels (e.g. email, onsite, etc.).

The role covers both B2B and B2C remits, requiring a broad understanding of audiences and marketing strategies.

Email Calendar Management:
-
Develop and execute marketing plans and calendars specifically around lifecycle marketing, manage budgets, and coordinate tasks across teams and stakeholders

Develop and maintain an email marketing calendar outlining the cadence and timing of campaigns based on business objectives, seasonality, and customer lifecycle stages.

Campaign Management:

Partner with Brand, Consumer, & Trade Marketing teams as necessary to develop campaign deliverables for marketing content and offers.

Collaborate with Brand, Consumer, and Trade Marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and critical messaging themes.

Serve as a liaison between marketing teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaign strategies with overall business goals.

Audience Segmentation & Targeting

Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies based on demographic data (age, gender, location), behavioral data (purchase history, engagement with marketing campaigns), and psychographic data (interests, lifestyle).

Campaign Tracking & Optimization
-
Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics, such as customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, which are tracked and analyzed.

Provide weekly/ monthly performance reporting and analysis on all lifecycle/loyalty marketing campaigns and take relevant action on insights gained. Enhance ROI.

Content Creation

Collaborate with brand, consumer & creative teams to develop required content that meets marketing objectives and enhances brand messaging.

A/B Testing

Conduct tests to enhance conversion rates and user engagement, continuously iterating for improvement.

Monitor and analyze test results to draw actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize key performance metrics such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer lifetime value.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, incorporating insights into marketing plans.

Collaboration:

Software Tools & Agency Management

Determine tool, software, and agency requirements (as necessary) for the needs of our business.

Vendor evaluation and implementation as necessary.

Develop and execute marketing plans and calendars, manage budgets, and coordinate tasks across teams and stakeholders.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management:

Cultivate robust partnerships with stakeholders to encourage implementing best practices from CRM platforms.

Understand stakeholders' unique needs, challenges, and objectives concerning CRM and tailor strategies accordingly.

Gather feedback from stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and advocate for enhancements or additional features.

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a focus on CRM management and digital campaign execution.
- Understanding of leveraging data for audience targeting and segmentation.
- Expertise in CRM software.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

💡 Key information to note:
- Hiring location: Philippines, Malaysia
- Working arrangement: Full time, fully remote work with face to face meetings every 4-6 months
