Key Outcomes of this role are:
1. Increased awareness of ugp’s capabilities/services/wins through branding and social media presence
2. Increase qualified leads through high-quality content marketing
Day to day the role looks like:
- Manage blog + website + social media pages
- Maintain job board profiles
- Working with the Operations Manager to successfully utilise data to activate DEM/CRM campaigns
- Weekly eDMs (based on content calendar)
- Marketing collaterals
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the company’s brand, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Enhance our brand presence through innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- LinkedIn Strategy and wider Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a robust LinkedIn strategy to enhance brand presence, engage with industry professionals, and generate leads.
- Manage the company’s social media presence across LI/Meta/TT, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, including (but not limited to) posts, articles, and updates.
- Develop and schedule engaging social media content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential clients and candidates.
- Manage marketing automation and CRM systems to track and nurture leads throughout the sales funnel.
- Work with the recruitment team to identify potential leads and specific/niche conversion tactics.
- Sales Enablement
- Collect and showcase client and candidate testimonials to build trust and credibility.
- Leverage testimonials in marketing materials and on the company website.
- Provide the sales team with marketing collateral, case studies, and pitch decks to support their efforts.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales goals to ensure a cohesive approach.
- Content Marketing & SEO:
- Create, manage, and optimise a content calendar that includes blogs, guides, training, case studies, and social media content.
- Collaborate with industry experts to produce high-quality content that attracts and engages our target audience.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Optimise existing content to improve search engine rankings and user engagement.
- Graphic Design and Visual Content:
- Oversee the creation of visually appealing marketing materials, including infographics, presentations, and videos.
- Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages.
Over and above looks like:
- Thought Leadership and PR:
- Position the company as a thought leader in the digital marketing recruitment space through strategic PR efforts and content creation.
- Manage relationships with industry publications and media outlets to secure coverage and enhance brand credibility.
- Event Management:
- Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to promote our services and engage with clients and candidates.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and enhance brand visibility.
- Partnerships and Collaboration:
- Identify and establish partnerships with industry organisations, influencers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including recruitment consultants and business development, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Digital Marketing:
- Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the recruitment or digital marketing industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and presentations.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms.
About this role:
- Hiring location: Philippines
- Working arrangement: Full time (40 hours/week) or part time (20 hours/week), fully remote
