This consultancy dedicated to connecting top recruitment talent with recruitment companies looking to expand their teams. Their mission is to identify, engage, and place exceptional recruitment professionals in roles where they can thrive and make a significant impact. As Talent Manager, you are responsible for supporting the business through sourcing and recruitment.

⭐ What the role involves:

  • Candidate Outreach: Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates on LinkedIn, via email, and phone.
  • Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage candidates in meaningful conversations to understand their career motivations and aspirations.
  • Candidate Mapping and Profiling: Analyse candidate profiles and CVs to identify key skills, experience, and career trajectories. Add relevant profiles to the candidate database with relevant information
  • Initial Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidates' suitability for various roles. Gather detailed information about candidates’ career history, skills, and preferences.
  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and the director
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions in the recruitment database.

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate: 

  • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in conducting candidate outreach and initial screenings
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for candidate sourcing.
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to different time zones and work flexible hours as needed.
