🪪 Our client is the leading independent digital advertising platform, this company helps publishers maximize their revenue by connecting them with advertisers across all digital formats. With a focus on innovation and transparency, it provides advanced technology solutions to optimize ad performance and reach global audiences effectively.

⭐  Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, implement, and own a sales pipeline
  • Proactively engage with the holding company, independent advertising agencies, DSPs and in-housed advertisers in the Southeast Asia and North Asia
  • Determine client needs and ensure proper contract execution for managed services (I/O) as well as programmatic buying
  • Understand the client's supply offering and inventory, as well as how to package and position them amongst advertising buyers
  • Establish prioritization of accounts and strategic engagement plans for the quarter and the year
  • Work internally with teams across publisher relations, media planning, demand operations, product development and marketing
  • Build out the business by creating workflows, designing scalable package solutions, and communicating new offerings externally
  • Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer networks
  • Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide business strategy and growth
  • Operate effectively and efficiently within a global company, soliciting feedback on key accounts from other markets and reciprocating appropriately to ensure effective collaboration
  • Meet quarterly individual sales targets and contributing to team’s quarterly targets
  • Capture product features required to bring on new business, delivering revenue growth opportunities to Product team
  • Partner with Asia marketing teams to develop and attract partner involvement within press releases, case studies, thought leadership, business social sharing and custom events
  • Act as subject matter expert internally and externally for both programmatic, managed service buying and selling of online media

💡  Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience as a sales hunter with the ability to leverage their existing contacts within advertising and media agencies to build a large book of business
  • A high level of integrity, empathy, compelling presentation/active listening, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong self-determination and ability to work, create, and solve independently
  • A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from diverse accounts
  • Knowledge of various buying pathways, supply path optimization, and direct IO/programmatic buying in video ad tech
  • Excel, Salesforce, Google Slides, Tableau experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, based in the Singapore, with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales
