We are working with a fast growing fintech company to help them find their next superstar - Head of Brand, Content Strategy & Social Influence. As the Director of Brand, Content Strategy & Social Influence, you will lead efforts to increase awareness and preference for the company's personal finance platforms. Your role will focus on developing and executing strategies that boost traffic, enhance perception, generate leads, and improve conversion rates. Let us tell you more!

⭐ What the role involves:

  • Customer Advocacy: Understand and empathize with consumer and creator needs in the personal finance space, acting as their voice within the organization
  • Brand Differentiation: Identify unique opportunities for the company's brands to stand out and create deep connections with audiences
  • Strategic Development: Craft regional strategies for brand, content, and social media in areas such as personal finance, insurance, banking, and digital creators, aligning with the company's core mission to support and uplift consumers and creators
  • Scalable Execution: Develop strategies that are scalable across regions but adaptable to local nuances
  • Campaign Activation: Implement impactful campaigns that increase brand awareness, grow market share, and drive traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and standardize brand guidelines that reflect company values, personality, visual identity, and tone of voice, ensuring consistent usage across all teams
  • Consistent Messaging: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all channels and touchpoints
  • Content Strategy: Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive content strategy that engages target audiences and supports business goals
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to align content with product launches, campaigns, and overall marketing strategy
  • Social Influence: Develop and implement strategies to build and leverage social influence across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in brand strategy development, management, content strategy, and social media
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand and content strategies
  • Proficiency in content management systems, social media tools, and analytics platforms
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
  • Creative thinking with a strategic mindset
  • Strong change management skills
  • Resourceful, able to multitask and prioritize quickly
