We are working with a fast growing fintech company to help them find their next superstar - Head of Product Marketing, Insurance. As the Director of Insurance Product Marketing, you will lead the insurance marketing initiatives, focusing on increasing product adoption, revenue growth, and user acquisition. You will oversee a talented team, develop strategic plans, and ensure alignment with business goals. ⭐ What the role involves:

  • Revenue Management: Oversee revenue targets for insurance marketing across various insurance segments, considering factors such as seasonality and market demand
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive regional marketing strategies that promote our insurance products and services, tailored to local market needs
  • Market Positioning: Establish the company as the go-to destination for learning about and purchasing insurance policies
  • Customer Insights: Analyze insurance customer segments, behavior, and purchase journeys to create strategies that drive revenue growth among new and existing customers
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage the insurance marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with brand, content, paid media, and lifecycle teams to execute high-quality marketing programs
  • Alignment with Business Goals: Collaborate with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing efforts support overall business objectives
  • Market Research: Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats
  • Content Creation: Oversee the development of marketing content, campaigns, and promotional materials to attract and engage customers
  • Data Utilization: Use data analytics to evaluate and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, providers, and partners

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the insurance industry
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
  • Ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset
  • Insurance marketplace experience is a plus
