We are working with a fast growing consumer electronics product company to help them find their next superstar - Marketing Manager (DTC Ecommerce). Let us tell you more! 

⭐ What the role involves:

  • Drive performance marketing strategies to maximize brand exposure and generate innovative ideas and angles for new advertisements, guiding the creative direction.
  • Analyse data from campaigns to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
  • Implement strategies to promote the business’ offerings through advertisements on social platforms
  • Manage the marketing team to ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones.
  • Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including operations, sales, or CX.
  • Update the management on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
  • Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products
  • Supervise external agencies involved in marketing activities.

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Seasoned professional with a deep understanding of DTC marketing, digital channels, and a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Proven experience in effectively managing large-scale paid advertising campaigns, particularly in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector.
  • Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a bonus!
