We are working with a fast growing AI SaaS business to help them find their next superstar - Head of Sales (Thailand). As the Head of Sales for Thailand, you will spearhead the client's sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering client relationships. You will lead a dynamic team, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our market presence and achieving ambitious sales targets. Let us tell you more!

⭐ What the role involves:

  • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and market trends, guiding the sales team towards capitalizing on them effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to devise customized strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, including competitor research and customer segmentation, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Utilize market insights to refine sales strategies, optimize resource allocation, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

💡 What they are looking for in an ideal candidate: 

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales (at least 1 year in SaaS)
  • At least 2 years experience responsible for a team sales target/revenue. P&L experience is a plus
  • Candidates from SaaS, Fintech, and other high growth unicorns preferred
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities, with a focus on inspiring and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a passion for driving results and exceeding targets.
